From the time I spoke with Jeremy one the phone to when the guy Chris picked my boat up both very helpful,full of respect and excellent first appearance. They genuinely care and let you know what's going on with the boat as soon as possible. What I liked most was I didn't have to call and check on my boat. I have purchased three boats from Seagate; used cuddy outboard, new Ranger tug, and new Edgewater center console. New Edgewater is smallest boat Edgewater builds, a 158cs that fits in the garage of my new home, but it has the same quality as the bigger Edgewaters. Anyone can sell you the right boat. The question is is it the right boat for them or the right boat for you and your family. We take the time to really understand how you intend to use your boat. In our role as consultants we'll help you find your way through the often conflicting requirements that you'll have. A boat rigged for fishing alone may not function well for the family and conversely a boat rigged for the family may not fish well. Given the large number of electronics that are available you may be confused regarding which ones represent the best value for you and which ones are well suited to helping you stay safe on your new boat. In the end we believe you need a retailer more concerned about your satisfaction then simply selling another boat.
